The Sober Survival Guide by The Queen of ‘Just One More’

Let’s be honest, it’s been a tough week… kicking off with #BlueMonday it felt like January was never going to end. Not to mention everyone’s New Year’s resolutions are probably starting to slip. Hands are reaching for that last slice of cake in the office kitchen, gyms are beginning to look sparse and there’s more lingering in the booze aisles than ever before. If like me, you drank enough Prosecco to fill a paddling pool in December and are now trying do this whole dry January thing, you’ll understand the struggle being oh-so real.

Saying that, I have a confession to make. My dry January WAS going really well until four bottles of champagne found me and my friends last Sunday. And a few (a lot) of cocktails that somehow made their way into my hands the weekend before. Sometimes these things just happen, you know? So I thought I’d be a complete hypocrite and give you some suggestions on how to survive dry Jan. Hopefully with these, you’ll make it to the end. Unlike me.
